Our Process
Phase 1: Research and Gather Content
- Site structure form written up with client Download Form Here!
- Proposal is created
- Contract and schedule agreement signed by both parties
Phase 2: Project manager takes over
- Series of meetings are scheduled with client and project manager
- Project manager and client gather / create content
- Once all content is collected "content submission form" is signed by client - agreeing that all content has been gathered and any requests for additional content are billed at $75 per hour. (no exceptions)
- Folders are created for each of the menu items in the site structure and 1 article and up to 2 photos are placed in each folder according to design plans
- Photos must be labeled properly and links should be highlighted. If specific placement of photos are required, this should be pointed out to the developer
- All changes/requests after this stage are billed at $75/hr
- Project manager hands off materials to developer. Project manager and developer review notes and content requirements
Phase 3: Development Phase on Server
- Developer reviews the materials submitted by project manager and then begins the site design
- Developer follows web design check list and sets up server and template
- 1 1/2 weeks to complete
- Project Manager meets customer to review site design and get feedback. Any design notes or adjustments to layout are written down. If client requests additional work outside of agreement project manager communicates with customer that additional charges will be incurred
- Developer reviews notes from project manager and makes adjustments accordingly
- Project manager presents final design to client.
- Final payment is due
